Cancellation and No Show Policy

At Lévy Aesthetics, we value our providers’ time and reserve each appointment specifically for the scheduled client. To ensure fairness to our team and other clients, we require advance notice for any appointment changes or cancellations

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a $200 cancellation fee.

No Show Policy

A no show occurs when a client does not arrive for their scheduled appointment and does not provide advance notice. No shows will be subject to a $350 no show fee.

Repeat Cancellations or No Shows

Clients with repeated late cancellations or no shows may be required to prepay in full for future appointments.

Prepaid appointments may be non refundable if canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice or missed without notice.

Card on File

A valid credit card may be required to reserve an appointment. By booking an appointment, the client authorizes Lévy Aesthetics to charge the applicable cancellation or no show fee in accordance with this policy.
