Cancellations & No-Show Policy
At Lévy Aesthetics, we reserve each appointment specifically for you. Last-minute cancellations, rescheduled appointments, and no shows prevent us from accommodating other clients and impact our providers' schedules. We kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
MAIN STREET
Cancellation Policy
We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a $200 cancellation fee.
No Show Policy
A no show occurs when a client does not arrive for their scheduled appointment and does not provide advance notice. No shows will be subject to a $350 no show fee.
Repeat Cancellations or No Shows
Clients with repeated late cancellations or no shows may be required to prepay in full for future appointments.
Prepaid appointments may be non refundable if canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice or missed without notice.
Card on File
A valid credit card may be required to reserve an appointment. By booking an appointment, the client authorizes Lévy Aesthetics to charge the applicable cancellation or no show fee in accordance with this policy.

Cancellation Policy
We require 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.
Cancellation fees are as follows:

No Show Policy
A no show occurs when a client does not arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice.
No show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s).
Exceptions
We understand that emergencies, accidents, and illness can occur unexpectedly. In these rare situations, exceptions may be considered at the discretion of Lévy Aesthetics. We reserve the right to monitor cancellation history to prevent abuse of this policy.
Card on File
A valid credit card may be required to reserve an appointment. By booking an appointment, the client authorizes Lévy Aesthetics to charge the applicable cancellation or no show fee in accordance with this policy.
Business Hours
Cancellation requests must be submitted during normal business hours.
Requests received after business hours will be considered received on the next business day and cancellation fees will apply based on the effective notice received.
Speciality Services & Deposits
Certain specialty services, including but not limited to color corrections, keratin treatments, Brazilian treatments, hair extensions, or other extended appointments, may require a deposit to reserve your appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable for appointments canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled service.
